This policy explains how Club Spartan ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit clubspartan.com or submit a form on it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, social handle, discipline, tier interest, product interests, retreat preferences, phone number (optional) and anything you write in our forms.
- Technical information: standard server and hosting logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) collected by our hosting provider. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To review membership and retreat applications and contact you about them.
- To email you about the products, tiers or retreats you asked to hear about. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To plan launches, retreats and drops.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) on our behalf. We may share information with service providers who help us run this site or send email, with affiliated companies working on your request, or if required by law.
Purchases
There's no checkout on this site. Memberships will be sold through Whop and supplements through a separate store, each under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, or ask us to access, correct or delete your information, by emailing info@rhettullmann.com.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when it last changed.
